Your shopping is delivered to your doorstep in a matter of minutes. People are riding around on e-scooters and “sharing” their cars.

This is a combination of several of our time’s megatrends. Lager.de is a novel self-storage concept that is able to offer even lower prices than comparable indoor self-storage facilities. Generally, the self-storage industry is quite young. The trend arrived in Europe from the US about thirty years ago.

At Lager.de, you rent boxes of several different sizes: The smallest “XS box” with 1.78 square metres can hold about 30 boxes. This box is suitable as a cellar replacement or for storing materials.

The largest is the XL box with 14,20 square metres and enough space for about 240 moving boxes. This is roughly the size of a four-bedroom apartment. Like clothing sizes, we have several sizes in between, including the S box (which can also function as a motorcycle storage), M, and L.

We have a minimum rental period of only one month.
